The long-delayed footbridge across the Manilva river, linking Casares and Sabinillas, is finally moving forward after the construction contract was officially signed last week, giving the builder 45 days to complete the project. Following delays after the project stalled out under the previously contracted builder, the new contract was scheduled to be signed in late May, but got postponed till last week.
