The Costa del Sol Sí Puede party in Torremolinos is preparing a motion to bring to the council regarding animal-protection issues. It has created a survey where people can give their opinion on the highest priority among over a dozen proposed measures, including a no-kill policy for the local pound and a municipal ban on bullfighting. The survey, in Spanish only, is available on the party’s Facebook page, Torremolinos Sí Puede.
