Amendments to the regional planning laws expected next month will bring forward the regularisation of many homes in the Axarquía and wider Andalucía presently considered to have been built illegally.
A paper outlining the proposed reforms was expected to be approved this week enabling the process to restart and a parliamentary bill to be passed next month.
