ROCHDALE MP Simon Danczuk was freed by an Orihuela judge last week after spending three nights in a Costa Blanca cell.
Mr Danczuk, aged 49, was arrested following a row with his estranged wife Karen, aged 33, on Saturday night while they were holidaying at a property in Algorfa.
