Malaya case fugitive to be extradited to Spain

A businessman who was convicted in the Malaya corruption case but went on the run rather than serving his prison time is set to be extradited to Spain from Venezuela, where he was arrested earlier this year. When detained in June, Andrés Liétor had warrants out for his arrest in relation to his Malaya conviction as well as two other cases.
