Mojacar’s Socialist PSOE party is calling for well known resident Tito del Amo to be posthumously awarded the town’s prestigious Indalo de Oro award, in a request filed with the council to commemorate his memory.
It has also asked for a street to be named after him, in recognition of the contribution he made to Mojacar, as one of the first entrepreneurs in the 1960s and through his investigations into the ‘Walt Disney myth’.
